The C6266 manual lathe is one of our key products. To ensure its high quality, we have carried out improvements and optimizations starting from its bed casting. Ensure key performance meets standards: Hardness is directly related to the wear resistance, pressure resistance and deformation resistance of parts. For example, for easily worn parts like machine tool guideways and gears, sufficient quenching hardness can prevent rapid wear or deformation during use.

Adapt to the functional division of parts: Different parts have different functions, so their hardness requirements also vary. For instance, transmission gears need high hardness to ensure wear resistance, while some connecting parts require moderate hardness to balance toughness and avoid fracture.

Unify production and quality inspection standards: Clear hardness requirements can standardize the heat treatment process, ensure consistent performance of parts produced in batches, and at the same time provide a quantifiable basis for quality inspection.

Extend the overall service life of the machine tool: Key parts reach the specified hardness through quenching, which can reduce the probability of failures during use and indirectly improve the overall service life and operational stability of the machine tool.

What Can the C6266 Manual Lathe Be Used For?

Shaft part processing: Turning optical shafts, stepped shafts, and threaded shafts (metric/inch, module threads, etc.), such as machine tool transmission shafts, motor rotating shafts, and construction machinery half shafts.

Disc and sleeve part processing: Turning gear blanks, flanges, bearing sleeves, wheel hubs, etc. It can complete the processing of outer circles, inner holes, end faces, chamfers, and grooves.

Special-shaped part processing: By fixing parts with tooling fixtures, it can turn eccentric parts like eccentric shafts and eccentric sleeves, or process simple conical and spherical structures.

Adaptable materials: It can process ferrous metals such as carbon steel, alloy steel, and cast iron, as well as non-ferrous metals like copper and aluminum. It is suitable for industries including machinery manufacturing, mining machinery, and agricultural machinery parts.

Core Processing Capabilities

The common maximum processing length is 1500mm/2000mm (longer lengths can be customized), which meets the processing needs of the length-diameter ratio for medium and large-sized parts.

The spindle has large torque and strong rigidity, making it suitable for rough turning to remove allowances and finish turning to ensure precision (the dimensional tolerance can reach IT8-IT10 grade).
